The Adult Young Friends will be gathering at Indiana Dunes State Park again this year. From July 30th-August 1st, we will relax and enjoy each other's company in the presence of the sand dunes. Do not be held back if you are shy of camping- because we will be staying nearby at a Friends lake house. For questions or to RSVP, please email Meg Nelson at (chicamexicana@gmail.com) or me at muttcrazy1@gmail.com.
Looking forward to the hot summer days, Caryn Wixom

Location: Diversey River Bowl (2211 W Diversey, Chicago)
Hey folks! We're having a Bowl-A-Thon at Diversey River Bowl on Saturday, July 31 from 2 to 5 pm! You are all invited, and we'd like you to help us spread the word about this awesome event.
Admission to the bowl-a-thon is $40 per family. To raise more funds for the school and have a little fun while we do it, we’re asking people to collect pledges from their friends and family based on how many pins they knock down during the two games we play. That way, every pin you knock down brings us one step closer to our grand opening this fall!
This will be a family-friendly event, and we'll have tons of cool prizes for the highest scorer, the most enthusiastic bowler, and more!
RSVP to Jill: jill@chicagofriendsschool.org or 773-338-2119.
Can't make it but still want to help out? Sponsor a bowler! Email Jill with your pledge and we'll let you know how much to donate after the event - and you can do it all right here on the Facebook Cause!
Can't sponsor at this time? Spread the word! Make a commitment to invite at least 10 of your friends to bowl with us.
We welcome your gifts any time through this Cause or on our website, www.chicagofriendsschool.org. Every contribution goes toward the goal we're all working so hard to acheive: Opening Chicago's first Quaker school this year!
